As part of the CDWS' constant endeavor to facilitate the services presented to the members and enhance the digital transformation with efficiency, The CDWS is excited to announce the launch of chat support on the CDWS apps for our members. This new feature will make it easier and more convenient for you to get the help you need from the CDWS.
To use the chat support:
1. Log in to the CDWS app and tap on the chat icon in the corner of the screen.
2. Choose the department you need help from.
3. Type your question or inquiry and tap send.
4. You can refer to the suggested search results that appear at the bottom of the chat to read more information about your inquiry.
5. It is possible to create several conversations at the same time and refer to them when needed.
Your inquiry will be answered during working hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., except for official holidays.
If you contact us outside of our regular business hours for a Trip Notification-related inquiry, we will respond by 10 p.m.
If you contact us outside of our regular business hours for a license renewal or new member application request, we will respond by 6 p.m. Requests received after 6 p.m. will be answered the next day.
